Error Resolution
If we made an error with your order, such as sending the wrong item or size, we'll take care of it right away. Please contact our customer service team at customercare@j30fashion.com and we'll:
  • Send the correct item or size at no additional cost to you
  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label to send back the incorrect item
  • Process a store credit or exchange, whichever you prefer
Exchange Policy
At J30 Fashion, we want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you'd like to exchange an item, please note the following:
  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached
Exchanges are allowed for the following reasons:
  • Incorrect size
  • Incorrect colour or style
  • Defective or damaged item
Please note that sale or discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is still available. If not, we'll offer you a store credit instead.
  • You can use your store credit to choose a similar item of equal value.
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Exceptions
  • Final sale items are non-returnable.
  • Gift cards and digital gift codes are non-returnable.
  • Accessories with hygiene concerns, such as earrings, hats, or hair accessories, cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
  • Items with missing tags, packaging, or accessories will not be accepted for return.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
  • Jewellery with broken or damaged components will not be accepted for return.
