Eligibility
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error (note that this has to be investigated and after we have done this and seen we are at fault) We'll cover the return shipping cost up to the cheapest delivery cost available.
You can also return items for exchange or store credit, but please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as any shipping costs associated with delivering the exchange or store credit items.
If you'd like to exchange an item, please note that it's only possible if the item is still available. If not, we'll offer you a store credit instead. You can use this credit to choose a similar item of equal value.
Items must be returned within the specified return window of 7 days.
Items must be in original condition with all labels, packaging, and tags intact.
We will not accept returned products that show any signs of having been worn or washed, including where the product areare stained or otherwise marked or damaged.
If a product is returned to us that has been worn, used, damaged, or is otherwise in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse your refund, exchange or store credit. Alternatively, we reserve the right to reduce your refund or store credit value to reflect any reduction in the value of the product.
Return Procedure
Contact our customer service team via email at customercare@j30fashion.com to initiate the return process.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs will be covered by J30 Fashion for damaged or defective items to the cheapest delivery option.

Exceptions
Final sale items are non-returnable.
Gift cards and digital gift codes are non-returnable.
Accessories with hygiene concerns, such as earrings, hats, or hair accessories, cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
Items with missing tags, packaging, or accessories will not be accepted for return.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
Jewellery with broken or damaged components will not be accepted for return.
